Independent Living Option is a support package that provides you the freedom to live your life as you choose as we here at 3D Health Care And Disability Services aim to promote the idea of living freely. People living with disabilities are being helped by NDIS to live more inclusively in regular homes and within inviting community neighbourhoods.

Our Independent Living Option allows our clients to:
